I had a good stay overall with spacious and clean rooms, and the service was quite friendly, though there were some hiccups with my requests. The location is busy and convenient for exploring, but the dining options didn’t quite meet my expectations. The facilities, particularly the spa, left a bit to be desired with limited space. If the service were more consistent and the dining options improved, this hotel could have been great.
